Tuesday Exploring Art Techniques 8 – 13 years – Term 3

Young artists will engage in creative exploration and experiment with a wide range of exciting techniques – from drawing and painting to printmaking and 3D sculpture. Students are invited to explore materials, textures, colours and ideas in new and unexpected ways, guided by Caroline Peacocke.

What we’ll explore:

• Expressive drawing and mark making
• Painting with brushes, tools and found objects
• Printmaking techniques like mono-printing (one-off prints)
• Building simple 3D sculptures using mixed materials
• Creative play inspired by nature, imagination and surroundings

All Materials Included.

8 weeks.

Each class requires a minimum number of enrolments to start. We will advise if this is not achieved and we have to cancel the class before the term starts. Once the class starts there can be no refunds unless we have to cancel the class due to unforeseen circumstances.
