Photography and Filming in The Next Level Gallery
- Visitors are permitted to take photographs with hand-held cameras without attachments in THE Next Level Gallery for personal use. These images should not be reproduced or displayed on personal websites and must not be sold commercially or displayed publicly in any way that disrespects the subjects in the artworks or causes offence to any individuals or groups.
- The use of tripods, selfie sticks, external stabilising devices, flash or additional lighting is not permitted without the permission of the Gallery. A request must be made and granted before such equipment can be used in the gallery space.
- Look out for the ‘no photography’ icon indicating objects or exhibitions that cannot be filmed or photographed. This restriction may be for cultural reasons, due to copyright law or to protect the objects.
Waikato Society of Arts Exhibiting Agreement
This Agreement exists between the ARTIST (ARTIST represents all parties and participants involved in the exhibition) and the Waikato Society of Arts. If any part of this agreement is breached by the ARTIST the ARTIST may become liable for any cost incurred by the Waikato Society of Arts.
The ARTIST agrees to the following:
- For the purposes of this agreement, the artist agrees to use the Waikato Society of Arts as an exhibition space for the artwork(s).
- The artist agrees that the artwork(s) will remain in exhibition at the Waikato Society of Arts for the duration of the exhibition, and will not be removed or replaced by the artist under any circumstance.
- The ARTIST agrees that the artwork(s) may be, but are not required to be sold as a part of the exhibition by the Waikato Society of Arts.
- The artist agrees to all policies, terms and conditions as laid out in this agreement.
