Weaving – Term 2

Each class requires a minimum number of enrolments to start. We will advise if this is not achieved and we have to cancel the class before the term starts.  Once the class starts there can be no refunds unless we have to cancel the class due to unforeseen circumstances.

The woven art class is an 8-week course that welcomes students of all levels to learn and explore the art of weaving. No experience is required, making it the perfect opportunity for anyone looking to expand their creative practice. The class will cover basic hand loom techniques and provide students with the opportunity to experiment with traditional and non-traditional materials, including recycled materials, to create their own unique weaves. With a focus on creativity and experimentation, the class provides a supportive and inspiring environment for anyone looking to explore the joys of weaving as an art practice.
