The WSA Business Membership

This year WSA is celebrating its 75th anniversary with exhibitions and events throughout the year. The first major event is the Waikato Museum exhibition, “The Action Front: 75 years of Art from the Waikato Society of Arts”.  The exhibition runs to 4 October 2009. Another celebratory event is the production of Campbell’s Smith play, “This Green Land” at the Waikato Museum 23-25 of July. Throughout the year there will also be other exhibitions, openings, speakers, workshops, and a celebration dinner.

In addition to the celebration events, we have launched the WSA Business Membership.

This initiative was the brainchild of former president Brenda Sayers and fulfills the aim of creating art connections between WSA and other sectors of the community.

Many in the business community are interested in supporting the arts and the WSA has established the business membership category to meet this need.
